Sure, when you're stocking your home theater, you're going to look for the absolute best.  You'll want something that can handle everything you throw at it with the finest quality available.  The PLED-W200 and PLED-W500 don't do that.  They have some pretty modest specs truth be told.  They do 3D, but only offer a 720p resolution.  But of course, they're not for permanent installation.

Right now there's a deal in place that makes the folks at Redbox and Netflix wait until 28 days past the release of a DVD or Blu-ray to start renting it out to people.  This is pretty standard with all studios and seems to be working out well. Warner Bros. doesn't see it that way though.  Rumor has it they'll be expanding that further - a lot further.

If you've heard the RED name before, you've probably heard it attached to digital video cameras - they make some of the best around.  The company has made quite a name for itself in the last few years and they're going to branch out a bit in hope of expanding their reputation and business.  RED is moving into the projector business with a brand new 3D 4K projection system that bucks tradition and uses lasers.  It's also using passive 3D technology, which you'd think would be a lot more common in projectors since that's the go-to for movie theaters.

Many Android owners have a new option available for video streaming on their phones. Android is such a nice operating system.  It's available to the folks that want to use it, it's incredibly customizable and it allows for much more flexibility than something like Apple's iOS.  The downside is that Android devices aren't all built to the same standard, which leaves developers having to make adjustments for individual products.

Ever since the possibility was made public - shortly after an offer by Yahoo that came completely out of the blue - we've been waiting to see what happens with Hulu.  A sale to Amazon, Apple, Google or any of the other suitors could completely change the face of streaming media going forward.

Even if the Black Diamond III was an absolutely terrible turntable with no positive audio qualities whatsoever, it would be worth owning for the look.  This thing is gorgeous.  It's like something you'd see on display in a home, but in that room where you're not allowed to wear shoes or touch anything. Of course, there's more to the newest iteration of the Black Diamond than just the look. Walker found a way to lower the amount of pressure exerted which not only keeps components lasting longer but improved the audio quality.

There are plenty of ways to get audio from one room in your home to another.  You can wire for sound in every room or pick up a wireless audio system, but there are downsides and complications to both. The latest product from Aperion gives you the freedom of wireless audio and doesn't make you replace your audio components to do so.
