TVs don't get much more high end than Bang & Olufsen.  The company makes sets that are built as much for picture quality as for the aesthetics of the TVs themselves.  After all, who wants to ugly up a perfectly nice room with a less than swanky looking TV?  Bang & Olufsen's new TV is slim and the aluminum profiles are designed to accentuate but not outshine the screen.

If you're rocking an Android phone and a Google TV you may be in luck.  There's an app in the works that would allow you to control your Google TV with your voice.  The app will utilize the phone for capturing the commands and display the results on your TV using information like the time, date and your GPS data.  If you ask "When's the game on?" for example, you'll get results for local teams.  It's a pretty slick setup.

It’s common knowledge, at least among people that care about such things, that portable devices like MP3 players, phones and tablets are more than a little lacking when it comes to audio quality.  Compressed audio can only give you so much quality, after all.  If you’re really that attached to playing music from your iPad through an otherwise impressive speaker system, Antelope has a solution – the $3,900 Zodiac Gold iPad DAC.

It used to be that picking up an entry-level receiver meant settling for the absolute bare bones and getting little in return for your investment.  The latest from Onkyo buck that trend by offering much more than one might expect from low priced receivers.  The TX-SR313 is the cheapest in the series ($299) and still packs a discrete-component output stage instead of an integrated amp.
