Effective
immediately, SIM2 USA has announced a new warranty program for the HT
series and RTX series. The new programs includes a two-year parts and
labor and one year lamp warranty for any Grand Cinema HT DLP projector
and one year parts and labor and one-year lamp warranty on the Grand
Cinema RTX.
“In 2002, SIM2 instituted service procedures should there be a need to repair or replace a DLP™ product. For the benefit of our dealers we have procedures that ensure their display projector is always in top condition,” stated Dan Drook, VP of SIM2 USA. “Improving our warranty program is the next step in the process to demonstrate to our dealers that we not only stand behind our products but we support them in their effort to keep their customers satisfied.” Like this article?
