The folks at Sharp have been touting their new IGZO technology for a while now, and we've started to see it show up on phones and tablets, but the PN-K321 is the first application of the tech to a larger screen.  This 32 inch monitor boasts an Ultra HD resolution and a frame of just 35mm thick.

IGZO, or indium gallium zinc oxide, is a material that replaces the existing silicon layer of TVs, which provides the ability to have more pixels in a smaller space, quicker response times and more energy efficiency.  The PN-K321 is designed primarily for professional use and its priced accordingly.  This 32 inch 4K IGZO monitor will start at 450,000 yen, or around $5,500.
