Atlona is Shipping the LinkCast Wireless HD Audio/Video System Now

The latest from Atlona is a device called the LinkCast Wireless HD Audio/Video System, but we're going to go ahead and call it LinkCast for short. What LinkCast does is give you the ability to stream up to five HD sources to a single TV or monitor. Not only does it handle 1080p video, but 3D video and up to eight sound channels.

The LinkCast ships with the base station, remote, and a single expander. If you want to hook up more than one device, you'll need to pick up additional expanders. The system itself runs $299 with expanders coming in at $149.
