50 years after it hit theaters for the first time, 'Lawrence of Arabia' is coming back. On October 4th, a digitally-restored 4K resolution version of the movie will be playing in theaters across the country. It's the director's cut too – a nice treat for fans. If you don't make it out to a screening though, you still have a few ways to watch it at home. On November 13th, the 50th Anniversary Collector's Edition of the movie will be coming to Blu-ray. It's a three disc set chock full of special features. And if you don't feel like spending money or you're seeing it for the first time, Turner Classic Movies will be airing the film at 8:00pm on November 16th. If you've never seen the film, which was nominated for 10 Oscars and won seven, now's the time. |
