LG Cinema 3D TVs are being featured in a brand new display at Barneys. The luxury retailer is known for impressive displays and their latest lives up to that reputation. It features, both in-store and in-window, LG's Cinema 3D TVs to complete the effect. The display is a result of a collaboration of artists from the Deste Foundation for Contemporary Art and features the work of several unique artists. It's all a part of the destefashioncollection, which explores art, fashion, culture, and the relationship between the three.
If you're in New York City before July 4th, when the installment ends, you can swing on over to Barneys and see the art for yourself. There will even be an original performance piece created by John Bock, revealed first at a private event.
"We are excited and honored that Dakis Joannou and the DESTE Foundation have chosen Barneys as the venue for the first American presentation of destefashioncollection," says Barneys creative director Dennis Freedman. "From the moment I first saw Dakis’ extraordinary art collection and explored the programs of his Foundation, I dreamed that we might work together some day."
