It's been a little while since we've heard anything new out of the Google TV camp, but LG is putting quite a bit of investment into the platform. The company's new Cinema 3D – for clarity's sake, that means passive – Google TVs are about to hit the market and they're looking incredibly appealing.
The new sets are available in 47" or 55" sizes and are packed full of features. They come equipped with Google TV and 3D capabilities of course, but also give you the Wii-like LG Magic Remote. You'll get plenty out of that 3D too, thanks to depth controls, and 2D to 3D conversion. The new sets come in at $1,699 for the 47" and $2,299 for the 55", though they run quite a bit cheaper if you order from Amazon.
