IKEA Launches a TV Stand with a Built-In TV, Blu-ray Player and Speakers

Let's go ahead and file this under "cool, but not something we'd put in our living room." IKEA, makers of some of the finest furniture that you have to take home and assemble, have created a new TV stand that comes with the full package – TV, Blu-ray player, speakers and a wireless subwoofer. The fully integrated setup means that you're not going to see any errant wires – just a nice slick stand and TV.

Like you'd expect from IKEA, you can customize the color of the stand and TV, and also the size of the set. The TV itself is made by TCL and offers up LED backlighting, smart TV features, two USB ports, four HDMI inputs and a 1080p resolution. Pricing for the combo TV stand, player, speakers and TV starts at less than $1,000, making it an attractive option for smaller rooms or dorms.
