SlingPlayer for Kindle Fire Coming Tomorrow

When it came out, the Slingbox seemed like a cool idea for people that travelled a lot but not the kind of thing with mass market appeal. The widespread adoption of tablets and smartphones has changed that though - being able to watch your favorite programming while on the go is a pretty slick setup.

If you're a Slingbox owner with a Kindle Fire, you'll be able to get your hands on the SlingPlayer app starting tomorrow. It'll run you $29 - the same price as on other platforms - and you can expect the same functionality as on other tablets.
