Sony and Harris Interactive conducted a poll earlier this month to find out just how attached people are to their TVs.  The results are a bit surprising as it turns out over half of TV owners are unhappy with their current sets. Of those dissatisfied owners, 32% say that the size of their TV is the biggest problem.  We'll just go ahead and assume that means that those folks would like bigger TVs - it's hard to imagine many complaints the other way around.

31% of people said that the age of their TV is the main problem,  stating that they were embarrassed at just how old their set is.  A still significant 26% said that their needs aren't satisfied in another way, be it in connectivity features or a lack of 3D capabilities. Those numbers are pretty significant and, of course, Sony is hoping that all that dissatisfaction turns into sales this holiday season.
