Streaming television is coming to the Xbox 360, with Kinect integration for searches and more.  When the Xbox 360 was first launched, one of the rumors about its future capabilities included use as a tuner or DVR, but the closest we got was Netflix streaming.  Now it seems that those initial rumors are coming true, even if it's in a slightly different way that we expected.

This fall, Microsoft will be launching a streaming TV service that will let you watch TV directly through your Xbox.  Pricing information and actual details on implementation and just what channels will be available has yet to be announced, but you can expect to hear something soon.  In addition to watching TV, you'll be able to search for the shows you want across Hulu, Netflix, the Xbox Live Marketplace and live television.  If you're a Kinect user, you can even do it using voice commands.
