The latest receivers from Onkyo are also among the first to be packed with the brand new Marvell Qdeo 4K upscaling processor.  The HT-RC360 and HT-RC370 are the latest from the company, designed to replace the HT-RC260 and HT-RC270 respectively. Both receivers are network capable and support the streaming of files straight from your PC or from a variety of online sources including Pandora, Napster and Rhapsody.

They're also compatible with Onkyo's new wireless adapter should you wish to rid yourself of cords. The RC360 and RC370 are both 7.2 channel receivers and boast Onkyo's own Wide Range Amplifier Technology to help you get the most out of your audio sources.  Of course, both receivers are 3D capable and offer plenty of HDMI inputs.

Onkyo's RC370 offers a few things that the RC360 doesn't.  It packs Audyssey MultEQ XT on the software side of things.  In terms of hardware, it utilizes three-stage Darlington circuitry.  The RC370 also boasts THX Select2 Plus certification. Both receivers will be available this month with the HT-RC360 carrying an MSRP of $549 while the HT-RC370 sells for $849.

Just returned New 2012 Onkyo TX-NR5010 due to 7-24-2012 firmware update BRICKED
unit where NO sound output from any speaker or headphone jack from any source!
Hours on phone with retailers tech support, because Onkyo would not answer
during stated business hours, offering excuse of closed due to holiday. There
were NO holidays in US, Japan, UK, Canada, etc. only in Saudi Arabia! Being the
new flagship model, it is sold out, so getting an open box model. Forums are
full of complaints similar, so whatever you do, DO NOT UPDATE FIRMWARE!
I
carefully followed their instructions, studying thick manual for a week prior to
touching this unit.

Sorry to hear that, Spike. Thanks for giving us the warning. I hope your
replacement receiver, whatever the brand, works as promised and delivers
excellent sound.

Cheers.
