If you subscribe to TiVo's email updates, your email address and name may have been compromised.  The folks over at TiVo use a third-party email service called Epsilon to handle the mass emails they send out to those on their various email lists, and that service just got hacked.

The unauthorized entry means that someone outside of the organization had access to all of the information you had stored there.  Luckily, all Epsilon actually had was your name and your email address.  The hackers weren't able to get addresses, credit card information or anything else.  Still, you'll want to be on the lookout for phishing attempts and other suspicious emails in the near future.

TiVo warns that you may receive spam emails as a result.  There's a good chance that, since the information was taken from TiVo, the emails will be disguised as communication from TiVo.  Be careful clicking links, and if you're not sure about something, then visit the official TiVo site or contact their customer service for more information.
