There are new releases to be had this week, but even more exciting may be the release of some classic films that were just aching for a Blu-ray release.
Unstoppable The Tony Scott action movie starring Denzel Washington and Captain Kirk - err, Chris Pine - isn't the best movie to come out of the Scott brothers, but it's not bad. If you're looking for a decent action flick with a bit of drama and tons of bass to exercise your sub, 'Unstoppable' isn't a bad way to go. Chaplin Robert Downey Jr. is a staple in Hollywood these days, but long before he played Tony Stark he captured the imagination as another eccentric celebrity - something that seems to be a specialty for Downey. 'Chaplin' is a tremendous film and a must see for serious movie fans. Network Few movies are held in as high regard as 'Network.' It's a tale of the dangers of reporting and creating news, and an ominous warning about the future prevalence of the 24 hour news channel. If you haven't seen 'Network,' you really should.
