Audiophiles with a love for convenience are faced with a challenge when it comes to the iPod and iPhone.  Sure, Apple's products are a great way to get access to your music on the go, but the sound quality is somewhat lacking – especially when paired with most iPod docks.

The two new Fatman docks are made for those with discriminating ears and a desire to use their Apple products to store and play their music.

The Carbon Trinity is the third in Fatman's "all-in-black and all-in-one" line.  The hybrid vacuum tube amplifier puts everything into one unit, and even gives you the option of adding bass thanks to a subwoofer output.  It pushes 25 watts to two channels, and can be ordered with speakers ($790) or without ($630).

Fatman's iTube ValveDock MKII improves on the design of the original by adding power and a USB input for compatibility with files on your computer.  It comes complete with high quality wires and a remote.  Like the Carbon Trinity it ships either with speakers ($630) or without ($470).
