There's no official confirmation from either company yet, but it sounds like we'll be seeing announcements from both companies regarding Google TV offerings in the near future.

Google TV launched with mixed reviews, but both Toshiba and Vizio may be jumping on the bandwagon with announcements of Google TV based products at CES this year.  Toshiba was the closest to confirming the rumor, stating "Google certainly is a key partner for us on the PC side and will likely be key for us on the TV side as well."

That puts Samsung, Vizio and Toshiba all on watch for Google TV based products, which could include televisions, Blu-ray players, set-top boxes and HTiBs.  Though networks have been quick to block access to initial devices, with that much power behind the platform, we can almost certainly expect a change in that status.

All of the announcements are expected to take place at CES, so you can expect to hear more in just  over a month.
