Simple wireless HD may still be a little way off, but high-definition streaming from device to device is here.  Netgear says that the new 3DHD streaming tech it developed can deliver flawless 1080p and even 3D streams.

The 3DHD Wireless Kit from Netgear boasts 4x4 Multiple Input Multiple Output transmission to boost range and reliability as well as a dynamic digital beam that aims toward the receiver, rather than spreading signal evenly.

"We created 3DHD Wireless technology to keep home networks from becoming a bottleneck for such demanding streams," explains Netgear's Som Pal Choudhury, "while eliminating the expense and effort of running Ethernet cables through walls, floors and ceilings."

You can pick up the 3DHD Wireless Kit now for $259.  Each additional adapter runs $129.
