Admit it – you're not as patient as you say. Sure, you survive the two or three day wait between the moment you order a disc from Amazon and the moment it arrives, but you'd like it to be faster. Shipping isn't bound to speed up any time soon, but Amazon's got another solution in place.
The Disc+ On Demand program from Amazon has been expanded to over 10,000 titles after a successful launch. If you buy a qualifying Blu-ray, you'll get an On Demand copy as a gift with your purchase. That means that once you've bought a disc, you can watch the movie on your PC. Things are even better if you've got an Amazon on Demand capable device hooked up to your television. If you order 'Kick-Ass,' 'Sex and the City 2,' or even classics like 'Psycho,' you'll get to watch the movie right away. You can find the full list of movies over at www.amazon.com/discplus. |
