The final piece of Google TV news is finally here.  Just a week after Logitech showed off the Revue , Sony has announced not only four different Sony Internet TVs but a Sony Internet TV Blu-ray player to boot.

The three largest of the sets sport LED edge lighting and feature all the functionality you've come to expect from the Google TV platform.  You can search for shows across the web, browse flash content and even enjoy shows from your DVR if you've got compatible equipment.

Sony's 24GT1 is the smallest of the sets at 24 inches.  It sports CCFL backlighting, a 1080p resolution and comes in at $599. The 32 inch model runs $799 and the 40 inch version will set you back $999.  Only the 46 inch Internet TV breaks the thousand dollar barrier at a price of $1,399.

If a new TV isn't what you're looking for, Sony also announced a Blu-ray player with Google TV inside.  It's strangely white, with a black top, and packs the same feature set as Sony's TVs.  It comes in at a price of $399.

The Sony Internet TV will be available on October 16th in Sony Style stores and will be hitting the shelves at Best Buy shortly after.
