The YHT-494 features a 5.1 channel receiver with 600 watts of total power.  It boasts four HDMI 1.4 inputs compatible with Deep Color, x.v. Color and high refresh rates and Quad-Field Cinema DSP that offers 17 different surround sound programs.

In addition to a receiver, you'll get a sound bar which recreates the right, left and center channels.  It's just two inches high and has adjustable feet that let it fit into a variety of setups.  You'll also get a pair of satellite speakers and a 100 watt Advanced YST subwoofer.
