The last few weeks have been all about TV shows, classic movies and cult hits.  This week is a return to the norm.  Excellent big budget movies abound.

Iron Man 2

It's rare that a superhero sequel can improve on the original, but with the addition of folks like Mickey Rourke, Scarlett Johansson and the amazing Sam Rockwell, 'Iron Man 2' pulled it off.  It's a great movie and a must-have if you really want to work out those speakers.

Get Him to the Greek

When this one came out I was a little bit up in the air about how good it would actually be.  My doubts were unwarranted as 'Greek' ended up being one of the funniest movies of the year, thanks in part to the excellent performances by Russell Brand, Johnah Hill, Colm Meaney and a surprisingly hilarious Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs.

Babies

There are times, and the changing of the seasons can be one of those times, when you need something a little more lighthearted, a little more feel-good, a little more – dare I say it? – whimsical.  'Babies' doesn't have hilarious drunken antics or high tech weaponized exoskeletons but it does have babies doing very cute things.  Sometimes that's enough.
