You'll find a few new releases on the shelves this week, but unless you're a huge fan of Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl, you'll want to steer clear. On the other hand, it's a great week for catalog titles.
MacGruber I've always thought of Will Forte as an incredibly underrated comedian. He's got a unique style, and he'll do just about anything for a laugh. But there's no getting around it, 'MacGruber' just wasn't that good. It's good for a few laughs, but don't go running out to pick this one up. It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown Halloween is getting closer, and that means it's time for the Great Pumpkin. It's a classic, and in some families, a tradition. From Charlie Brown's ill fated ghost costume and bad luck in getting rocks in the place of candy to the steadfast faith of Linus, it's a movie worth getting. Wonders of the Solar System "We live on a world of wonders. A place of astonishing beauty and complexity." This is how Brian Cox begins his BBC documentary series. It's a fascinating exploration of our solar system and how other planets correlate with our own. It's beautifully shot and well narrated, well deserving of a purchase.
