The latest release from Tranquil really lives up to the company's name.  The ixL doesn't use fans for cooling, which means that not only is it more reliable, it's almost completely silent to boot.  It's also gorgeous.  The aluminum and steel case, subdued front panel and option for a laser-etched personalization make the Tranquil PC ixL a great addition to the home theater.

But it doesn't just look good.  The ixL packs an Intel i3-530 2.93GHz Dual Core processor which means not only will you have enough computing power to handle just about anything you throw at it, you'll also get a maximum of power efficiency.  In all, the ixL only uses 30 watts of power when idle.

You can order the ixL as a barebones kit without RAM, hard drive, or an operating system for around $600.  Fully decked out with a Blu-ray drive, 2TB of hard drive space, 2GB of RAM and with a custom etching on the front you're looking at about $1,500 plus shipping from the UK.
