When it comes to Netflix, nothing does it better than the Xbox 360.  It's got a slick interface and quick response that makes searching through your instant queue a delight.  The addition of Netflix to Microsoft's console has made the device into the main source of entertainment for a lot of people.

But there are two things the Xbox 360 can't do.  Blu-ray is one of them, and it doesn't look like we'll see a change anytime soon. The other is television.  Sure, Netflix has a selection, but it's not quite up to snuff when it comes to shows that are currently on the air.

To remedy the TV situation, Microsoft has created a Hulu application for the Xbox 360.  And while the app is up and running, there's still a question of whether we'll get to use it or not.  Apparently, Microsoft and Hulu have had some trouble getting channels to sign licensing agreements for the service. We'll know for sure in just two weeks, when Microsoft takes stage at E3.
