"Consumers want to access video any time, any place," says Verizon's Mike Ritter. "Verizon continues to expand our high-quality entertainment services, providing FiOS customers with access and control."
And that's just what they've done by adding TBS and TNT to their online lineup. Starting next month, Verizon Customers will be able to watch shows from both channels online just 24 hours after they air on television, and in HD to boot. If you subscribe to FiOS television and internet services, all you'll have to do is jump onto Verizon's FiOS TV Online site, or sites set up by TNT and TBS, and login for full access. From the release it sounds like all the major shows from both channels will be covered including 'Southland,' 'Leverage,' and 'Lopez Tonight.' Verizon isn't stopping there though. They're currently working to get a variety of channels online. The list includes CBS, MTV, FOX News, The Smithsonian Channel, Hallmark and The Tennis Channel. |
