If you've been holding out for Panasonic's 3D plasmas, then you'll be glad to know the wait is almost over.  Panasonic announced pricing and release dates for the new sets which will start showing up in stores on May 3rd.

The VT25 series televisions all feature WiFi capability, plenty of streaming options and support for Skype.  They've got a THX certified picture and some of the deepest blacks ever seen in a plasma set.  And of course, they're 3D capable.

While you'll have to wait another month for the largest of the VT25s, you'll be able to pick up either a 50 inch or 54 inch set next week.  They sell for a suggested retail price of $2,599 and $2,999 respectively.  They each come with a single pair of 3D glasses, and additional glasses run $149 each.

The 58 inch TC-P58VT25 ($3,399) and 65 inch TC-P65VT25 ($4,299.95) won't be making their way to stores until June.  Panasonic has yet to announce a specific release date.
