Subwoofers can be what makes or breaks an otherwise great home theater system.  Getting a sub that doesn’t match up well with your speakers or your room, especially if you go too small, can make even the best setup seem tame.

There are times though, when space becomes an issue.  It’s not always practical, or aesthetically pleasing to have a massive subwoofer sitting in your living room.  The folks over at Leon Speakers have released what they hope to be a solution.

The Aaros A10-UT is a 10” sub that boasts 400 watts of power.  It’s housed in a fully sealed enclosure and it’s reinforced with a solid aluminum baffle. And it’s thin.  The powerful A10-UT measures only 4.5” deep.

Noah Kaplan, the co-founder and president of Leon, acknowledges the challenge in creating a sub that thin that can still satisfy the demands placed on it.  He says it’s a challenge they’ve overcome though. “This highly refined sub integrates seamlessly into any room while controlling the impact of the most demanding movie tracks.”
