Wireless keyboard interference.  Chances are, you’ve never run into the problem, but with Adesso’s new keyboard, you never will.  It’s a well put together wireless keyboard that’s perfect for HTPCs, and it uses a wireless ID system, to avoid that whole interference issue altogether.

The WKB-4200UB is a standard sized wireless keyboard that works on the 2.4Ghz wavelength.  It’s got 6500 different IDs on twelve different channels, making the chance of interference from another wireless device almost nil.

It uses membrane keys that avoid that loud clicking sound while typing, so your viewing experience won’t be disturbed.  It’s also got a built in touchpad like that of a laptop.  Rather than relying on a mouse or a scrollwheel, you can use the GlidePoint touchpad control for simple browsing.

The keyboard runs on a pair of AAA batteries, and features automatic standby and sleep modes to cut down on the need to change those batteries.  The Adesso WKB-4200UB is shipping soon and is can be ordered directly from the company for $119.
