Bryston Tops Survey Results for Product Performance

A recent independent survey – Inside Track’s 2010 Supplier Loyalty Test – puts Bryston at the top of the list for dealers.  The survey went out to dealers of all types across 43 US states and 7 Canadian provinces.  When the results came in, Bryston ranked number one in two different categories: Product Performance and Resolution of Service Return/Repair.

“We have always sought to make our products right the first time rather than rush something to market that doesn’t meet our exacting standards,” said Bryston president Brian Russell.  “Our dealers have always appreciated Bryston’s best-in-class performance and reliability.”
 
He added that the current financial crisis has made brand loyalty even more important. “These attributes are magnified in a challenging economy and dealers must turn to brands they can rely on,” said Russell. In addition to their two first place rankings, Bryston took second in the Tech Support category.
