Bryston has on display at CES a prototype of their new surround processor, the SP3.  The processor is slated to be equipped with a couple of RS-232 remote control ports an infrared input as well as Ethernet.  On the audio side of things the processor with contain a host of inputs and outputs.

It is confirmed that the processor will have a set of 7.1 balanced outputs as well as a 7.1 unbalanced output.  There will also be six stereo unbalanced inputs.  Of course the processor will also contain a decent collection of digital inputs, including both toslink and coaxial.  No word on exactly how many.  There is no word on price at this point in time.
