Brothers is a company that while apparently having no concept of the word overkill has still managed to provide the perfect definition.  Measuring three feet high and four feet wide, the Wall of Sound is an iPod speaker that goes above and beyond the call of duty.

The Wall of Sound offers a frequency response of 40Hz to 20,000 KHz .  Featuring twenty eight individual elements, Brothers promises “graceful mids and crystal clear highs.”  Certainly contributing to the audio fidelity is The Wall of Sound’s featured 125 watt tube amplifier built right in to the hand crafted frame.

Brothers also states that their impressively large loudspeaker is made for people “who believe that music should be listened to loudly.”  Almost certainly beating out the rest of the iPod speaker market, The Wall of Sound has a peak loudness of 95dB.  The Wall of Sound is currently only available online, or at the Brothers flagship store in Stockholm. Preorders are available for $4,495 plus whatever it costs to ship a 220lb speaker from Sweden!
