Amazon.com just launched another massive Blu-ray sale on their website this week, hoping to garner some of recent consumers who have recently adopted Blu-ray players into their home theater system.  Amazon is discounting titles beyond 70%, although their sale only advertises a 55% drop.  Read on to find out the higher quality deals included in the sale.

Recent releases of Paramount's Sapphire series, such as Gladiator and Braveheart, have been reduced by 50%.  The Dirty Harry Collection (a 5 movie, Blu-ray set) has been bumped down to about $11 a disc.  Other movie collections, such as The Ultimate Matrix Collection and the Batman Anthology , have been reduced significantly as well.

This promotion began yesterday and is scheduled to run through October 27th, covering just under 200 different Blu-ray titles.
