Clearaudio Announces the Emotion SE turntable

The new Emotion SE turntable from Clearaudio improves upon its predecessor in several ways. The acrylic chassis is 20-mm thick, and the GS-PMMA precision-machined acrylic platter is 28-mm deep. It uses Ceramic Magnetic Bearing technology unique to Clearaudio which allows for the main bearing shaft to be more finely polished as it is crafted from ceramic alloy.

The bearing experiences no bearing friction whatsoever, because it does not need to use a ball bearing or thrust pad thanks to Clearaudio’s technology. The Emotion SE turntable is shipping now from Clearaudio, which includes a three-year guarantee.
