The free trial of Sirius Radio for iPhone is the 7th most popular free app in the app store.  Reaching over 1 million downloads within the first two weeks, this is one of the fastest-selling apps to date. The app allows users to stream up to 120 Sirius radio stations for one week.  Users can purchase a song while it is playing, or add it to favorites to purchase later on iTunes.

After the week, users will have to pay for the Sirius satellite radio services, which includes a $3 fee for Internet usage in some cases.  Currently, Howard Stern, NFL, NASCAR and MLB play-by-play are not available on the Sirius iPhone app, but the Oprah, Martha Stewart and Eminem programs are.

Carroll Burns  - Sirius iPhone App     |2009-07-21 09:13:18 I like the Sirius iPhone app for the ability to listen to many of the channels I listen in my car when I am working out, or just at my desk. The only issue I have is that it is missing some key channels that I do get on my car unit. I know that every channel can't be added, but Sporting News Radio has become a major channel in Sirius, but is not on the iPhone app. That is my only concern. Other than that, I love it!! 0   0
