Mitsubishi Releases Details on Unisen LCD HDTV Line
The Unisen line from Mitsubishi come in a range of 40-inches to 52-inches in diameter incorporate a Dolby™ Digital 5.1 channel surround system in 16 speakers at the bottom of the screen.  These produce surround-sound emulation by managing and directing audio waves in order to immerse the viewer in the music, dialogue and sound effects.

Physically, these new screens measure less than one inch deep.  They feature Smooth 120Hz technology, HDMI and digital audio inputs, and are EnergyStar certified.  The three series, Unisen 249 Diamond, Unisen 153 and Unisen 151, retail for anywhere between $1,799.00 to $3,299.00.
