NAD unveiled the C 565BEE CD player as part of their Classic Series this week.  The C 565BEE CD player includes Wolfson DACs in dual differentiation and sample rate upconversion to 192 kHz.  It uses power from multiple regulated sources (Burr-Brown OP amps), and draws less than 1 Watt when in standby.

This player can support CDs, CD-Rs with MP3 and WMA files, as well as music files from a USB connected to the port on the front panel.  A rotary knob is included to sroll through metadata.  The C 565BEE CD player retails for a suggested price of $799 and is available now.
