Screen Research is adding another product to its line of SolidPix screen fabrics designed for home theater and professional projector usage. GrayPix is an ultra-contrast fabric that is engineered to produce the best performance in situations that require contrast levels that are higher than normal. GrayPix performs well in rooms with a high level of ambient light, as it works in tandem with projectors to produce deep blacks and high-fidelity color. It is intended for use with D-ILA and 3-chip DLP projectors. Along with the rest of the SolidPix line, the GrayPix screen is certified by the Imaging Science Foundation, guaranteeing accuracy, uniformity, and balance in color. The GreyPix fabric is available in a large variety of aspect ratios, and works with any Screen Research screen. Installation is made easy by the FastGrip attachment process and the floating tab-tensioning system by THX. |
