As the 60th anniversary of the respected luxury home entertainment solutions manufacturer McIntosh Laboratories rolls around, the company has unveiled its “Classic System” available at authorized dealers. This line reissues some of the most legendary McIntosh components for consumers to relive history, including the 1961 MC75 monoblock tube amplifier and 1962 C22 preamplifier.
The “Classic System” will be sold as a package for $15,000, and only 120 of these sets will be available to the North American consumer. The components in this system have been upgraded to handle today’s music needs. The set also includes “For the Love of Music”, a book chronicling the successes and history of the renowned company. |
