SpeakerCraft Introduce Sound Pillow Suface Mounted Speaker
The popularity of in-wall speakers and on-wall speakers is rising.  But, SpeakerCraft has introduced a new series of on-wall speakers that install with the assistance of a junction box.  The "Sound Pillow" speakers make life easier for home theater installers.

There are two choices for installation.  A "dog frame" allows for installation on standard drywall.  In this case, a mounting plate contains the speaker wire connections.  These are perfect options for in-wall substitute, where cutting the drywall is not an option.

The speakers contain a 5.25-inch Kevlar woofer and a 1-inch coaxially mounted, pivoting silk dome tweeter.  There is no information on price at this time.
