Pioneer Victorious in Lawsuit with Samsung
Earlier this year Samsung enter into a lawsuit with Pioneer over Plasma HDTV patents.  Pioneer claims that Samsung SDI willfully infringed two of their patents covering Plasma technology.  Pioneer's attorneys, McKool Smith is proud to announce that Pioneer has won the lawsuit.  The verdict came following an eight-day trial

While Pioneer's numbers for the end of the year are not stellar, we are sure that they are looking forward to a check from Samsung in the amount of $59 million.
