Featuring . . . Ice Cube,
Priority Records
Performance Quality = 4 Sound Quality = 5

This is idea genius. Rappers are famous for guesting on other artists' albums, so why not collect all those cuts, threaded by a single common denominator, and create an album? It's amazing there aren't forty of these babies running around. For diehard Ice Cube fans, this album will be a must buy. Unfortunately for the rest of us, this album isn't really worth the price of admission. The newest cut 'Bend A Corner Wit Me' isn't as good as any of the other new tracks filtering down to the masses and the rest is nothing you need to stop the car for.

However, as mentioned, for true Ice Cube junkies this album's where it's at. From Public Enemy's 'Fear Of A Black Planet,' comes 'Endangered Species' with Chuck D. and from Scarface we get 'Game Over' featuring Dr. Dre. The most overlooked track on this album however, is certainly the last. From the lost, last Kool G. Rap & DJ Polo album, comes 'Two To The Head,' a song which features an outstanding beat.

Other featured artists include George Clinton, Das EFX, Mr. Mike, Ice T., and Yo-Yo ('It's A Man's World' is included, 'Bonnie and Clyde' is not) but, in short, great idea, poor execution.
