M&K has launched a new line of speakers based on the design criteria of being physically small but retaining the studio sound that M&K is known for. The Xenon lineup includes the LCR-25 ($299.00), LCR-35 ($325.00), LCR-45 ($249.00), and the Surround-25 Tripole ($725.00). Xenon speakers can be configured in stereo combinations or any multichannel combinations (5.1, 6.1, 7.1, etc.).
To achieve the desired performance, the Xenon Series uses M&K-designed crossovers feeding extremely high-quality European-built drivers: a 1 inch silk-dome tweeter developed by Ken Kreisel for M&K professional monitors and two outstanding polypropylene woofers. For maximum flexibility, any of the Xenon satellites can be combined with any M&K subwoofer to form a complete system. All four models come in a choice of black or white finishes, and feature curved mesh metal grilles available in black, white, or silver. |
