Hardcore hip hop metal band biohazard is in the studio with multi-platinum producer JIVEJones, the man responsible for writing and producing Mandy Moore’s hit song "Candy." This move doesn’t mean that Biohazard is going soft. Cypress Hill is collaborating with the band for their new album that is scheduled to hit store shelves this summer.

When asked about Biohazard’s decision to hire him as their producer Jones commented "When I was coming up I was digging on bands like Bad Religion, early Metallica, Beastie Boys, Public Enemy, The Descendents and all the hardcore and hip-hop groups of that era. To me, Biohazard was one of the originators of rap-core and to be able to work with them now is like bringing me back to my roots. This is real and this is where I come from."
