Retailing at $2495, MarinLogan has just released the new Theater center channel speaker.
Capable of reproducing the complex audio detail in advanced THX, DTS and Dolby Digital soundtracks, the Theater replaces MartinLogan’s Logos speaker. The Theater features a multi-mount stand that allows the speaker position to be adjusted in order to fit most any home theater environment. Using MartinLogan’s patented CLS electrostatic panel with an extremely thin transparent diaphragm and dual 6.5 inch dynamic bass drivers, the Theater is designed to handle everything from subtle dialog to huge explosions. MartinLogan claims that the Theater’s controlled dispersion array maintains precise frequency vs. dispersion characteristics on the fly in order to minimize room interaction. You'll note the new and improved aesthetic design of the Theater which matches MarinLogan's new $10,000-a-pair Prodigy loudspeakers. |
