Monster, the world’s largest manufacturer of high-end cables, accessories and power conditioning products, and The Imaging Science Foundation (ISF), announce that from Sept. 1 to Dec. 31, $10 of the proceeds from each purchase of the Monster/ISF Calibration Wizard via the ISF web site ( and Monster Cable website ( will be donated to the Elf Foundation. AVSForum has also generously provided ad space for this worthy project on their web site The Calibration Wizard is a winner of a 2006 Electronic House Product of the Year award.

The Elf Foundation is a tremendous cause and we are proud to be able to support it,” said Noel Lee, The Head Monster. “Being able to help sick children by providing music and movies in wonderful rooms specially designed in children’s hospitals is a terrific initiative. It is very gratifying to know that proceeds from our Calibration Wizards will further the program to brighten the lives of these children in need.”

The Elf Foundation (, according to its website, is a non-profit charity that brings the enhancement of uplifting music and film to sick children around the country. The Elf Foundation builds “Rooms of Magic” – private entertainment theaters – for children’s hospitals so that countless special kids can look forward to a delightful evening of laughter and intrigue.

The Monster/ISF Calibration Wizard disc helps users calibrate high definition TVs to professional ISF Standards. HDTVs are setup “hot” by the manufacturer for display in brightly lit showrooms. That means that their settings out-of-the-box are not always ideal for home viewing. Blacks can look washed out, whites too bright, details even fuzzy. In Minutes, this hands-on DVD shows how to optimize a TV’s display levels for maximum performance in any setting, for the richer blacks, more natural color and a sharper picture.

The Monster/ISF Calibration Wizard includes:
• Easy step-by-step video instructions walk you through; no intimidating test patterns or complicated programming, no extra equipment required

•Optimum contrast, brightness, color accuracy and more–—in minutes

•See favorite movies and shows exactly as the pros intended them to be seen

•Hosted by pop star Jenna Drey and “Head Monster” Noel Lee

•Co-produced by the Imaging Science, the world authority in video calibration
