The ShowStar Blu-ray Entertainment Server is the latest release from Mozaex, a company well known for their whole home entertainment systems. Unlike the company's main line of servers, the ShowStar is designed to be as simple as possible. It's made for folks who want a plug and play solution without a lengthy or complicated setup. It's also completely legal according to Mozaex, since it doesn't ship with unlicensed decryption software. "The nearest competition cost thousands of dollars more, requires an unreliable, complicated mechanical plastic disc changer, and doesn't support photos or online media," says Mozaex CEO Douglas Kihm. "Based on NVidia GPUs and PureVideo HD technology, the ShowStar delivers vivid 1080p Blu-ray video quality with crystal clear 7.1 channel surround sound HD Audio." You can pick up the Mozaex ShowStar with a terabyte hard drive and Blu-ray player for $1,995, with the price increasing to $2,995 for a 3TB model. |
