Elite’s Slow Retraction Mechanism (SRM) is designed to eliminate these problems, by allowing the screen to slowly retract back into the housing.  You don’t even need to hold onto the handle, just let it go and the screen will safely and securely slide back up.

The new screens also feature an auto-lock mechanism for different height settings, and black masking borders.  They’re available in a variety of sizes, from 85” all the way up to 120” diagonal measurements.  The screen has a 1.1 MaxWhite gain and is simple to clean.  Elite’s SRM screens can be ordered now through authorized dealers.  No pricing information is available at this time.
