The BlackWing MK2011 Series is the latest pair of releases from Cineversum, designed as a replacement for the acclaimed 2010 line. The most notable improvement introduced by the MK2011 is the addition of HMDI 1.4 connections and 3D capabilities.  The projector uses active shutter 3D glasses and features a 3D emitter that Cineversum says is simple and quick to integrate into a home theater setup.

John Caldwell, the co-founder of the company's exclusive North American distributor, says that the BlackWing projectors solve issues that dealers and clients have been struggling with.  "Namely, he says "the ability to interface anamorphic lenses for constant height, 2.35 cinemascope viewing with 3D material." The new BlackWing MK2011 line of projectors is available to order now at prices starting under $9,600.
