The STS is an absolute monster.  It boasts an output capability of 130 dB at 20Hz and a 101 dB sensitivity.  It's not going to rob you of space though, since it comes in at just over 17 inches wide, and 36 inches deep.

The STS houses dual 15 inch subwoofer drivers and a rear wave recovery system known as Regenerative Transmission Line – an exclusive to Wisdom Audio.    That gets you stronger output and a frequency response from 20Hz on up to 80Hz.

Wisdom boasts that their subwoofer doesn't just focus on power, like many home theater subs.  It's capable of deep bass of course, but that bass comes with detail and musicality.

You'll be able to pick up an STS subwoofer of your own for a suggested $10,000 when it launches this October.
